Online Training
The online training package is very similar to the face to face – just not in the physical sense! We will carry out an initial postural assessment – included in the price of the online training package. This will provide me with a better understanding of your body so that we can form a training plan that is specific to you, that addresses any postural issues, limitations in joint ranges of motion or muscular imbalances. This assessment and subsequent training sessions will be run via Zoom, or a similar platform available to us both. All sessions can be carried out at home, or at a gym/studio suitable to you.
To complement our sessions, for either a gym or home setting, you will receive a personalised workout programme, to complete independently. You may need to purchase equipment to best facilitate your progress, such as free-weights/yoga blocks/resistance bands. This programme would be updated as needed, based on the results that you are seeing, typically following each of our online training sessions.
