In-Person Training
In the personal training sessions that I run with my clients, I use a well-rounded approach that incorporates results from a PRI postural assessment, as well as up-to-date principles from the fields of sport science and movement. Through these approaches, an in-person training package will see me support you in achieving your goals.
This package includes in-person training sessions at my Walthamstow training studio, personalised programming and ongoing support. It will not be a one size fits all approach – it is truly individualised to meet you and your body’s needs.
An initial PRI postural assessment will be required prior to the start of our training together – included in the price of a training package. This assessment will provide me with a better understanding of your body so that we can form a training plan that is specific to you, that addresses any postural issues, limitations in joint ranges of motion or muscular imbalances. A select number of these tests may be ‘retested’ at the start of each training session to monitor progress and inform the upcoming session.
The frequency of sessions is determined by your body’s needs, your time commitments and personal preferences. I do, however, insist on having a session with my clients at least once every two weeks. Away from the sessions, you will have a workout programme to complete independently – either in a gym setting or a home setting. This programme would be updated as needed, based on the results that you are seeing, typically following each of our training sessions.
1 to 1 or 2 to 1 training is available. Training sessions will last 1 hour.
